Thanks for your e-mail & yes my project was finished during Easter this year but we have not had much chance to enjoy it until recently.
Your Website & eBook gave me some good inspiration & its pretty satisfying to look at something you have done yourself, eh.
The deck sits on the site of a tree I cut down at the beginning of the year & catches the evening sun as you can see. Raising the deck slightly gives it a little more interest & it also covers a stump approx 24 inch diameter which I didn't; have the energy to dig up.
